Where do I start?
Use the current iPhone TestFlight app. Enter a UK registration, confirm the available vehicle details and choose an available check. Unknown vehicle facts are not confirmation of a specification.
Which check should I choose?
Basic is a non-AI photo record. Live Scan assesses captured inspection evidence without private recorded history. HPI Check covers recorded history only. Complete Check combines history and guided inspection. Basic + recorded history is a separate option and is currently unavailable.
Is on-screen guidance the same as Basic?
No. On-screen guidance is the AI-assisted inspection with voice off. Basic captures your photos and notes without AI assessment or a buying verdict.
How does Live Scan work?
Follow 15 vehicle-contextual sections in the iPhone app. Submit the current section for evidence review. The review is silent and observations are provisional. If more views are required, add evidence in that section before continuing. A voice instruction cannot mark a section complete.
What if a scan is interrupted?
Return to the exact saved inspection in Garage. Review its saved state before resuming. If a review is unavailable, retry with the saved evidence. Missing or skipped evidence must not appear as a successful check.
Can I reopen my evidence?
The iPhone app can reopen the exact saved inspection and its retained photos, video and engine audio. Owner PDF export includes retained evidence images. Unavailable media is identified rather than replaced with another inspection.
Why is history unavailable?
History depends on the selected product, your access and supplier availability. A missing history result does not mean the history is clear. Live Scan does not include private recorded history.
Can a shared report show all my private evidence?
A shared link displays the public report projection allowed by its token. It is not owner access to raw inspection media, private valuation or negotiation information. Invalid or revoked links are unavailable.
Does a check replace a mechanic?
No. Captured evidence and recorded data have limits, and AI can miss issues. Get a professional inspection where needed, especially for a safety concern. An unavailable result is not an all-clear.
